Alaskan High Kick

The Alaskan High Kick is an NYO event where the competitor sits on the floor and balance on one foot while reaching across the torso to hold the other foot. Then they thrust their balancing foot straight up to kick the ball then land on the foot they kicked with.



 

Wrist Carry

The wrist carry is where the competitor starts froma sitting position with their wrist hooked over a stick. The two people carry the person as far as they can hold

Eskimo Stick Pull

The Eskimo Stick Pull is a NYO event where two competitors sit on the floor facing each other with the soles of their feet touching. Then the place a stick between them with both of their hand on the stick 

Indian Stick Pull

The competitor faces the opponent holding a short stick. Each competitor tries to pull the stick out the other persons hand

 

Kneel Jump

The competitor starts at a kneeling position then jumps up using momentum landing on both feet.

One-foot High Kick

From a standing position, the competitor jumps up and kicks ball landing on the same foot they kicked with


One-Hand Reach

Balancing on one hand the competitor reaches up and touched the ball

Scissor Broad Jump

Athletes have three tries to do their longest jump. They have to do 4 continuous jumps

Seal Hop

The Seal Hop is where the competitor are in a push up position with their palms/knuckles to hop across the floor


Two-Foot High Kick

The two foot high kick is where the competitor jumps and kicks the ball with both feet and land on both feet
